Not quite: While you won't be able to recruit anything in THAT province, I'm pretty sure that the portion of resources which is funnelled off to fortresses is still there, and will be cut in half at 100 unrest.

Re: Unrest Revisited
heres a question; if you have decided that you will only ever use a particular province for blood hunting, do you care about unrest at all?
I mean, if you dont care about the gold/resources you are bringing in, only the blood slaves, is there a reason to be concerned about unrest? Is there a point where the unrest causes the province to go independent again?

Re: Unrest Revisited
You get less slaves with hunting if unrest is too high. It also makes certain bad random events more likely to happen in that province.

More and more of the population will leave/vanish as unrest increases. So when hunting for slaves you want as little unrest as possible for this reason too.

NTJedi, In the thread Population, Income, Unrest and Supplies Zen has stated that Unrest itself does NOT decrease population. Of course if you patrol to reduce unrest them population is lost for each point of successful unrest reduction.

Actually, it could be argued that unrest _can_ indirectly decrease population: IIRC, some migration events are triggered by certain levels of unrest in the province..."People are very displeased and are leaving in search of a better place to live" or somesuch.
