To elaborate, the Flaming Arrows come from a level 4 Enchantment spell that requires a power of 3 in Fire Magic, and one fire gem. All of this is pretty easy to come by if you're Marignon, and Crossbowmen are among your cheapest units anyway, so the spell can give pretty impressive results.

Maybe I'm missing something, as I havn't played on MP just yet, but the ermorian legions seem very easy to defeat just using indie priests, archers and a solid line of heavy inf on hold. Death/fire spells and items are also very useful against undead but overkill really...

The legions rely on Lasting longer than the enemy, so any regenerating forces (blessed niefel giants or hydras) would also work well i think, against the low damage dealing undead. Anything with defence or protection over 20 is also pretty imune to most undead.

If you get bored you can even summon a bunch of angels
