That is a VERY good question... I was just noting today that the inherent Chill effect of some units seems vastly inferior to Breath of Winter... but there are no numbers associated with either, so it's hard to know what the difference is. Does Chill and Breath of Winter stack, or does the superior one win out? I have no idea... though I should probably test... |
