Limited Wish, in the sense that you can wish for it, but it doesn't actually happen?

That was an effort to let you off the hook. I didnt want to specifically say that all the new accounts came from you and your brothers IP. It looked like maybe it was a modem pool which gives a different IP each time a connection is made. Many DSL's are like that unless a person pays extra to rent a more permanent IP.
