I think you forgot to mention that the Lord of Fertility in the unique province is completely naked, no shirt, no shoes, no fig leaf.

Some of those aren't 'unique' per se. I think the Earth Mother/R-rated Lord of Fertility combo will always show up in a province that has that one magic site. Can't think of it right now. Let's a nature mage summon Dryads or something, but it's bugged.

Don't know for sure about wizard/giant.

But the hydromancer/seafather always spawn with the same names and equipment. So they are unique.

Just think how one of the Illwinter designers lovingly drew a small pixelated dick. Wonder if they could get in trouble with that in the USA.
