Im hosting a game who wanna come?

Ive never played a multiplayer game before, but I would like to do one, I can host, I know how. Indy will be 6, magic sites will be 40. Every thing else normal. Map will be Aran cause thats my favorite. looking for 10 players, im gunna be Arco. I will host it at 6:00 pm every day.

10 people? On ARAN? You're kidding right? I don't think there's that many decent starting spots on the map, and it'll suck to be the poor chump crammed onto the peninsula with 4 other people.

Aran is a nice map for single player games, sure.

But frankly - it sucks (as in, it's one of the worst) for multi player games, imo. There's far too many totally screwed up starting positions (for instance, the far SE corner but especially the tips of the peninsulas) that really ought to be made non-start by Illwinter (since it's one of their official maps).

10 players merely ensures that some people would be screwed and tattooed, frankly. I'm kind of fond of small map games (and wish there was more nice small maps), but I've sworn off Aran.

Urgaia, Cirlani, another small map, sure - but not Aran, ever again.

I'm asking because in this thread we're looking for a fixed host (12.00h UTC) as well, but on weekdays only. So maybe we're compatible?

10 is considered a reasonably tight, but playable, fit on Karan.
