Strange demo bugs? Utgard = Smouldercone?

You must run a v2.11 or higher demo, and start a new game.

EDIT: The Utgard theme was broken in patch 2.08; it's a known bug.

I'm not sure what the current Version of the demo on IW's download page is.

That's 2.08, what I'm now running.

I remember some time ago, I didnt have this bug. Then it cropped up. I deleted the game and the folder, and reinstalled, but its still here.

Wierd.

The demo was updated from 2.06 to 2.08 (thus breaking it) when patch 2.08 was released. I *assumed* that IW would likewise update their demo to 2.11 (and then 2.12). If not, people need to scream at IW ...

Well, where can I find mods that will work on the demo that are some "suggested" mods? Especially for a newbie like me? Things to help with the interface or things that are just useful...
