Sad to hear that great player is leaving pbw.

If anybody has a better idea, feel free to point it out; I cannot figure out a way of making it work, and I have no other backup available for playing SEIV.
All I can suggest is to ask GMs to synchronize their turn start/end time. Since all game's turn durations are divisible to 12h, you can choose the time when you can upload most of your turns at once.

But of course 50h per month is not enough even for downloading your turns.

I hope you'll be back one day. I had great plans about Nilesia Lavandel

I am assuming the 50 hrs of access is from the DSL company? It's fairly standard for DSL companies to give you a certain number of hours of dialup access in addition to your DSL. The thing is if you explain to the the situation, that you are just waiting for their peopel to hook things up, they may cut you some slack and give you unlimited dialup until the highspeed line is hooked up. It can't hurt to ask anyway.

If not, maybe they don't have these in your area, but around here there are companies that offer free dialup internet access if you use their special browser that show you lots of banner ads. It's kind of a hassle for regular surfing cause it makes your available viewing area smaller, but if all you need is access to get your email it would work.

50 hours though really should be enough time to get download and upload turns. Unless you are in a LOT of games.
