my 1.72 has revision files, and it even says the Version on the splash screen... 
Why don't we just upgrade to 1.75 and sort this whole mess out?

If anyone wants some information about the Sheliak, I can provide it. I'm their only neighbour, and surround their empire completely. However, we were allies until the AI took over and declared war on me. I haven't gone into their territory yet to attack them, merely defended myself, as I thought someone might be more inclined to take an empire over that has some prospects, rather than one that has been decimated by the Dominion. If more information is desired, tell me and I'll write some more stuff up.
