You will taking over a nation with literally thousands of gems in the bank. Multiple casters who can cast wish. You are going to be fighting a nation with a couple of doom horrors but you can crush them at will.
You also have a bizillion clams. A bizillion fetishes. A bunch, perhaps even a load of blood stones. You will also get, for a limited time only, a good number of soul contracts and many, many, many under construction ( 8 per turn! ). A well reinforced astral nexus, a well reinforced forge of the anicents, a well reinforced strands of astral power ( cast by a rainbow mage so you are getting all sites within your dominion ).
You will have all the toys in Dominions2. Every Last one! And you can have all this power just post in this thread. Please. I can't take the fetish shuffle anymore. It's driving me insane. I dread doing my turns.
Note to self: never, ever play on this map with fetishes/clams again. Always play with Victory conditions.
AIIIIEEEEEEE.

Re: Begging for a Sub
Really I suppose the problem is of Fever Fetishes.
A scout can keep clams without problems.
The problem is when the Fetish Disease kills the scout, so he's to check when a scout is dying, and take away the Fetish and give to an healthy scout.

Re: Begging for a Sub
Well, In defense of the game I must say that im having a grand old time playing Jotunheim in Faerun Folly. Oh, im leagues behind Huzurdaddi in the goodies department, dont have a single global, and have every single one of my fetishes on something undead so I don't have to do the scout shuffle... but im also having fun. To me this will always be a very fun game , and when I dont feel like putting in the time/effort to properly do a Faerun turn, I half-*** it. I probably won't win the game, but I'll have a bLast doing it, and thats what counts.

Well I had nothing about 20 turns ago. But 20 turns of the forge of the ancients and every turn making 50 magic items will change things ( BTW, making sure that you don't mess up with the construction of the items is a pain as well! ).
I probably should have done this. Sadly I just couldn't bring myself to do that.
The Forge is one serious global. I think it may actually be the most powerful global in games where you can forge the gem producing items.

Re: Begging for a Sub
I believe it, and couldn't agree more. Why don't you just summon up a horde of black servants though, has it gotten to the point where your simply sick of the game? Just alchemetize your pearl income for death gems, or wish for magic gems a few times.

Re: Begging for a Sub
Well I just did not have enough death mages to make that work. It would have taken quite a while. And on a philosophical level I hate using death gems on black servants. Every 3 black servants is 1 more tartarian that I can not have.
I probably should have done that. But I guess I had spent too much time shuffling and gave up!
