Question on Planet Improvement

This applies to SEIV Classic, not gold, but...

I was playing a long game with a Religious race, and eventually wound up with some planets whose Values had been improved by a Nature Shrine to almost 250%.

In due time, a Nature Shrine peoduces some very, very nice planets indeed.

We should note that Irradiated planets will never increase in value.
