It's not incredibly common, but I've had it happen to me two or three times. Can I just say - I hope I'm your neighbor?

It seems to me that if several people (myself not among them) had stale turns through no fault of their own, then we should probably restart.

I take it then that none of the affected players feel the need to restart? Fine by me. But it sure is gonna be extra embarassing when they kick our cans...

Eh - restarting the game would take too long what with everyone having to reupload pretenders before it could start again, so ... *shrug*

Besides, this reminds me of the time I had 17 consecutive stale turns at the start of the game, and _still_ came back, turned things around, and ruled the world. Heh.
