I have checked out the channel on mirc,dont seem to be anyone around.Whats the channel for?

Probably you've get into the channel when none was present, except someone that had the nickname parked here.

If you're european, you should try in late evening to find activity.

LordDracos you are correct. The majority of the games here are played out over the course of many weeks, sometimes months.

Occaisionally you might find an advertisement for a Blitz game, these will usually move a lot faster and can be finished in one or two sessions.

I have been learning much,loads of reading over old threads.
Thanks going out to Kel and Truper who came to my aid at mIRC.They answered many of my questions that i had about the game.Pointed me to a mass of information. Cheers
