Complicated indeed. The easiest method is to copy the source of one of the demos. Just modify the divs and such defining the menu's parts as needed.  It is available under the GNU GPL, so it is free to use (as long as you don't remove the copyright and licensing info):

You're news item has been posted Slynky. In fact, it's just the second time that someone has used my news submission forum in the Last year and a half!
Adding the game links in my pbw section is a good idea. I don't know why I never thought of that.
