Re: Schedule
I wound'nt mind, if JJ is still in. This is one of the ones where we don't have a master password, right? (Because it'd be better if we could set nations to AI, but I don't think we can.)
Mark has been ... Well, I don't want to say what he's been in a public forum but he's been taking turns occasionally in some games, and ignoring others, despite Messages sent. I say burn him at the stake, and serve him with poblano BBQ sauce!

Re: Schedule
I dont know about other games, but Mark the Merciful has played this game until the very end of his nation - and it had been quite a slow end where he continued to fight me when hope of recovery was already lost for quite a couple of turns. I really appreciate that and would play with him again!!!
His offer to contact Pickles was also quite kind, and I remember that he posted in another MP Game thread (which I am not connected to) that he is pretty busy and occupied by something. @Cainehill: so please do not continue to be rude towards him within this particular game thread!
I am disappointed by Pickles abandoning this game without a notice, but we do not know the circumstances and he seemed to have disappeared completely. So I do not want to judge this, and I do not think that this could serve any useful purpose anyway.
Anyway, as soon as JJ send us a live-sign and signals that is willing to continue play, I will send a message to Reverend Zombie asking him to
set the game to 96hrs quickhost (72hrs might be a bit too short for me over Christmas).

Re: Schedule
The fact that Mark continued to play in some games and completely abandoned others without even going AI is the reason I'm so unhappy with him. Even with Messages being sent to him in games he _was_ active in, he never bothered to respond or to go AI. And it's not like he couldn't tell the game was waiting on him - he was still the nation's owner on mosehansen.

Re: Schedule
Thanks! I was still waiting for JJ_Colorado to respond before I would contact you, Reverend Zombie, since it does not make any sense to continue the game at all without him.
He had sent me an email about a week ago that he was/is away from home and will reply to this thread soon...for whatever this means...and I decided to wait for him to respond here until after Christmas...

Re: Schedule
JJ_colorado has replied to my email. He is going to continue, but wants the game set to 96hrs without quickhosting. Of course, this does not make a difference as long as there are traces of Ryleh left...
JJ_colorado is also concerned that he might not stand a chance against Caelum. So I agree that with Ryleh staling, I might be fair for Caelum to declare ware upon Abysia and Pangaea immediately (respecting the 3 turns of non-agression). I might seem strong, but I have absolutely no endgaming experience, so I am not at all convinced that this might be easy. I am also not following any clamming strategy. I think I have about a dozen clams, but I dont think that this is vital...lets roll!

Computer Problem
Just in case you are not watching the other thread: Reverend Zombie has a computer problem, so the game is stopped for the moment. Reverend Zombie is working on it and the game may continue anytime...
