OT: What Do You Do At 4:00 a.m.

At 4am I get up for work.

One of the things that helps me to fall asleep is to just lie in bed and not move. Moving keeps you awake. Also, distracting your mind using your imagination will probably help.

At that time of morning, I'm usually waking up in order to be at work by five.

I can tell you that this actually happens, since I've slpet over at his house a couple of times and we usually don't go to sleep until 7 a.m.

At that point, after staying awake for 28 hours, you are little more than a walking zombie.
