NEWS: MT. St Helens just erupted

The Plume reached 36k feet and the eruption lasted about 30 min. No show from here though I live in Bellingham. Maybe Mt. Baker will give me a "show" someday....

It would really really suck if st helens blew full blast...smoke would get to me:-(. And also would kill at and anythere because the dust is like microscopic glass, well sharp and will cut you lungs and throat if enhailed. PAINFUL DEATH
