Typically this problem just needs the server process to be restarted.

Happened all the time on Mosehansen's server.

It's borked for me too... I seem to recall that Mose's troubles were lessened when the gamecount was diminished.

Jotunheim is now in real trouble thanks to my pretender dying in a Province-Defence-forces-invincible-SC-to-retreat incident. I knew I shouldn't have tried to defend that province, but you buggers did your turns too quickly and I couldn't get home in time to change my orders...
