Probably not once the game is going, but the absolute maximums are 5000 each.

I wish they were higher, but all you can do is ask Aaron

I didn't see any way to do this in game either, but I was thinking maybe I could hack a few bytes in my savegame file to fix this, unless they are encrypted. Does anyone think this is possible?
