I have about half of the engines done for this version, then I have to figure out what to do with other components in stock, if anything for this version. Plus I need to rescale spaceyards and production facilities for 100 O = 10 M = 1R.

There's going to be a lot of tweaking for the engines I think though, to make sure they are interesting alternatives.
