Why is that "0" there in the center of the bottom warp point?

Sorry I can't help with the problem, I've never seen it before. Does reloading from a previous savegame then moving the fleet still give you the same error?

I was directing the fleet to that point when the error occured. The resupply world was on the other side.

I think it boils down to this: I tried to put the BIG ships through the tiny little whole and the game didn't want to participate in that exercise.

It looks like a general map error, when data files get mixed up and the map was created under one set and you are now using another.

An access violation error occurs when a program tries to read or write to a memory address which is not allowed to. at least that is what i know.
