I logged onto PBW and found no games after registering. Is this normal?

You need to click on either 'view all games' or 'currently open games' to see a list of games to join.

The main games page shows only the games you are currently in, since that is what you are there for 99% of the time.

Click one of the "fleet" icons to go looking for games to join.
