Mouse issue. Please help.

Okay, thanks for your help.

If I may trouble you for one last step, it would be helpful if you could send a DXDiag.txt file to bugs@tinyhero.com.

To make a DXDiag.txt file, do the following:
-Click Start-->Run, type in 'dxdiag' and press enter.
-When the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window appears, click on the "Save All Information" button in the bottom right.
-Save it somewhere easy to get to, like your desktop
-Attach that file to an email to us.

That will save us lots of time, as it will give us information about your DirectX versions, hardware configuration, and some important settings info, like screen resolution, etc.

Thanks for your patience, and hopefully we'll get you fixed up soon!

I'm still trying to figure out the steps to get the mouse problem to happen for me. You said it's not like this all the time. When it does happen, is there anything more you can tell me that might be going on? I'm just not able to see this happen myself, so I'm hoping it's not a hardware issue - which would be more difficult for me to reproduce.

Hi,
It usually happens the first time I boot into the game. I then switch modes out of full screen mode and it gets worse. I exit the game and restart the game.
Usually, it is perfect on the restart.
VERY bizarre.
It does not happen with any other game, btw.

Yeah, this is most certainly strange. We had some reports of this sort of issue in the past, but it was always consistant, and I believe we fixed those issues in the past.

This sounds like a new issue, and we haven't had any other reports of it so hard. Andre's the one working on this, but it's nearly impossible to fix if he can't reproduce the problem, and he hasn't been able to so far...

We're not giving up or anything yet, though. =)

It is SO strange. Never fails. At first launch of game, the mouse is whacky. I uncheck full screen. Exit. Second launch it is perfect.
