Yes it's the infamous Captain Spoogy, my forum identity prior to Kwok. For those guys who are relatively new, I used to run a website called the Spoogy Federation which I was able to rescue from the depths of Tripod. I'm going to post the old site in a few days after I fix up a few things with it (i.e. eliminate frames etc). My favourite pic from the old site was a Spoogy dreadnought firing at a Pacean ship from Hyperion Base - which Hadrian was not impressed with.

Anyhow, that really is my cat Spoogy who posed nicely for the race pic.
