I do not know about penetration of Solothurn ATR but I think that penetration of 2cm KwK 30 should be at max 3 and not 4.

When Blazejos raised the question,
I also am supprised with the new Radiocodes.

All Swedish tanks and armored cars where equiped with a radio from 1940 onwards, given the small quntities delivered that wasn't a problem.
All 16 from 1938, those where originally delivered with a radio in every other, 60 in 1940 and so on...

When it comes to infantry units i don't know how to count the command units, does not look like company commanders have a radio by default?
I do know I spent some time to make these radiocodes resonable with actual inventory.
