Launch of fighters from planet during combat

In SEV I assume unlimited...its not like there is a tube or bay it has to go out of, they just take off...unless you want to taken into consideration runway space...

SE4 has planets with launch rates of 10,000 IIRC. You can increase that with facilities that have launch abilities I think, but it would be mostly pointless.

I take it that 1000 fighter-launch limit is per game turn. Is there a combat turn restriction as well?

BTW, the above wiki article could use a little tidying up, formatting and fleshing out. Anyone feel up to the challenge?

Combat turn is 100, as I said.
