How do you scrap a facility?

More interface mazes. It would seem that a common action like retrofitting would not be buried in button menus. I can understand hiding scrap facility under a hierarchy, but not retrofit. I guess we can always email MM

The hot-key to retrofit a ship is Ctrl-E. Simple. What's not simple is retrofitting a number of ships at once. Something similar to the 'check list' window in SE IV has got to be added.

Is there any scrap all facilities like in SEIV? I cant seem to find it, and I want to delete a bunch of research facilities, but there is no way I am going through each planet...

There is in the Construction Queues summary screen for the Empire.
