Actually, Dominions 3 are probably better. Thanks for the response!

After making a rainbow pretender and jacking the Turmoil down to 1, most of the issues I had are resolved.

Dom 3 and SP thus far:

1: I always try to (unless double bless) get 4D for the EA/MA pretender, death magic really is too good to pass up.

2: Naw, better get them killed faster .

3: I find turmoil/luck a really worthy option now (instead of no-brainer order/misfortune back in Dom2) that there are more gold-generating events and as the luck scale actually gets you more good events.

4: I like the carrion summons a lot. They're very cost effective and require little mage time. Also, Carrion Lords are H3 - especially nice in LA when your Dryads are H1.
