No... it previously worked correctly with short bows. It did not work with small bows which are used by some ape nations.

What I want to know is if there's any chance that the demo will be upgraded. It's a bummer to have to roll back to the original release just to play with people I'm trying to convince to buy the game...

Can't you just download the demo to play with those folks? Though, I agree that an updated demo is a good thing...

this patch has completely destroyed my game. all my turns hang forever and i can't connect to any multiplayer games. sometimes i get this error: convarmynbr. what happened?

Everyone has to be upgraded at the same time. Especially the host running the game. And they have to remember to shut down the game and restart it or its still running on an old version in memory.

another thing : I'm not an English speaker (Frenchie ;o), so excuse my horrible mistakes ...

Sorry, Gandalf, but I have the same problems than paparapapa. Since patch 3.04, my game freeze in the turn resolution (on battle turn), or in battle view (strange graphic bugs with crahs ou definitly freezed with reboot : no possibility to return to Windows ...).
I'm running stand alone games because I don't have Internet at home. So, nothing to do with conflict of versions in MP.

I'm under Windows XP (SP2 I think).

Anyone with this (very very) annoying problem ?
Or news for a quick fix ?

Regarding hanging games: We haven't encountered any problems in beta testing, but if you accidentally have come across a cracked version of the game or a key from some suspicious site it might affect the game. Just make sure you use the correct key from your manual. If the problem remains you can send us the buggy turn file and we'll have a look.

Regarding darkvision: Demons are supposed to have it at 100%. Some changes were accidentally overwritten (hunter of heroes bug) and had to be refixed. If demons do not have darkvision it is a bug that was not properly removed.

Good work with the patch Illwinter!

Although it's not major part of this patch of course, but it's about time Oni got price reduction - the oni's demonic troops are absolutely useless in MP ATM, I've played them in several MP by now and I am more convinced than ever that this is the case. Almost all other players with whom I spoke about it feel the same. I wish they would also get some MR increase - the banishment is the worst problem with Oni's national troops, especially with their size 1 small demons, just as I wrote in my Oni's analysis.

Could somebody please post new prices for oni troops? I won't be able to upgrade my Dom3 game for few more days, and I am curious.
