Re: Dark UI Mod
130 of 180'ish MB total. They compress pretty well, so probably around 30mb for the entire thing.

Re: Dark UI Mod
Hi there,
This looks great, but I am having a problem. I'm running an existing game with v1.20 and Balance Mod 1.02.
I installed the Dark UI 1.03 and the 1.04 update. The main screen looks fine, but when I browse my Ships List, I get a CTD with a 'stream error'. Reverting my Pictures\UI folder removes the problem once again. Has anyone else seen this?
I hope I can get to the bottom of it - this UI is a great improvement!

Re: Dark UI Mod
Oooh, this is in fact a known issue: for some reason saving the main UI parts directly from photoshop would cause the game to crash with a stream error upon entering the screens, so I had to start copy-pasting into paint and saving them from there, which removed the problem. Since all files should be saved correctly, I'm not sure why you'd be having problems. Let me check it out.
Alright, think I've found it. Looks like running the game in higher resolutions than 1280 x 800 will crash it when opening certain screens with the UI installed. I'll see what I can do, but it's sort of annoying since I've no idea what's causing the crash.
Problem fixed, just re-download the 1.04 update and install it again.

Re: Dark UI Mod
Try saving as "OS/2" format in Photoshop. The "Windows" format makes weird file headers that SE4/5 does not understand.

Re: Dark UI Mod
Thanks Fyron, that should save me some extra work. Strange how it only seem to matter with the full-screen UI parts, though.
