Re: hummmm....
I say just host... if you don't hear anything from them in a turn or two look for replacements... but the pace of this game has been slow due to just a few people.

Re: hummmm....
Agartha here - much apologies.
Turn was sent day or so before, no idea why I let it sit so long. Must have clicked the e-mail and then not saved the file as I thought we were still on the previous turn when i checked in game.
In all honesty - stale whoever is late, myself included.

Late turns
Im running a 24 hour PBEM game myself... generally what I try to do is sent out reminder emails after about 16 hours or so. Its a bit of work, but it helps to avoid any confusion. I definitely stale people regularly if they're late, but I try to be fair.

Re: Late turns
yeah, pure stupidity here. I'm at my computer probably 12 hours a day so usually my turns are in within a few hours. When I got a reminder I was shocked, shocked I tell you!

Re: Late turns
yes let's pick up some speed. I begin to forget what I was up to and with whom I'm allied.

?
?
Still no turn?
hummm....
Its not the hosts fault.
I think its time to stale any player who does not have their turn in.
maybe we need to set a more realistic 48 hour rule. I like the 24 hour thing, but we will see if it works.

Re: ?
I'm not interested in whose fault this is, but I am now getting very pessimistic about this game getting off the ground. It has now been:
5 days since I last received a turn.
3 days since Eddiewallie told us he was going to strict 24hr turn rotation.
2 days since Eddiewallie told us no more warnings
But, still no turn. Maybe its time to write this one off?
