Re: Nasty problem with strategy
The game is hard.
I started playing it on the hard level ( in the middle of the map ) I have lost every game so far.
But enjoyed it.
Whats up with those Geshia 9000 model ninja's ??
They cannot be stopped.
Did you ever play it multi player ???

Re: Nasty problem with strategy
With those ships in the fleet I don't see any way to make the PD ship do what you want. Well, I guess we just have to wait until Gold comes out.

Re: Nasty problem with strategy
TS, in regards to Geishas, i found that Ninjas will take out a geisha, but it may take you 3 or more to get her, depending on her strength. try getting your ninjas higher then 0, go after easy prey to build them up. but they can take out a geisha
just some ideas mac

(Optimal firing, point-blank, etc.) Now after the fix they will break formation and revert to their own ship strategy instead of using the fleet strategy. At least that's how it's supposed to work. I haven't had a chance to test it yet. Actually I hadn't even noticed that they were using the fleet strategy before the fix.

This is correct. You have how it used to work, and how it works now, correctly.

Yes, I played multi-player and it was pretty good - the Geishas seem to be unstoppable and the only thing I think works is another geisha (unless you can find the 9010 model - that work's every time)
The game is hard - but satisfying when you get the hang of it - confucius did say that patience is a virture, as is playing on normal hardness
