Re: Turn 19
Ooh, this is going to be my second multiplayer game in a row lost because my mages refused to cast anything except Blade Wind. Last time, it was EA Agartha spamming Blade Wind on Niefel Giants instead of fire spells, and in the climactic battle, my pretender using it instead of the freshly researched Falling Fires; this time, it's LA Agartha spamming Blade Wind on ethereal troops instead of using Fireball, Dust to Dust, Control the Dead, or the freshly researched Wither Bones, all of which would have been effective and none of which would have harmed my own troops (all my undead were on the other side of the battlefield from the ethereals).
Okay, to be fair, what's really going to kill me is Ermor bypassing my armies by going through Ulm's territory.

Re: Turn 19
Well fought CyborgMoses. I do have to say that was an interesting battle to watch. Curse those mass banishments all of you are using against me ! I saw at least one of your mages was using wither bones which got quite the flinch out of me when I first saw it, and it certainly saved me that not all of them were using it. In any case, don't throw the towel in just yet, you've been putting up a tenacious defense on my Eastern flank, and with my forces and attention divided as it is, it's by no means over yet. And as far as sweet irony goes, Orion and his eternal knights certainly earned their pay wouldn't you agree? I think if my forces had not routed, they might have won that battle for me single handedly. Still, rally your forces! And let us see if your allies can bring a rescue force to bear.

Re: Turn 19
I'm still having fun reading the updates. I was Abysia, long ago. And I warned many of you through diplomatic efforts that Atreides/Hellboy were going to win after rolling over Pangea and myself, yet nothing was done. Show me I'm wrong, eh? heheh

Re: Turn 19
Don't worry Tromper, their alliance has got me pretty well pinned down. Johnarryn and Micah are both in excellent positions to keep me contained and build their power while Im busy fending off attacks from all directions. This game will definitely go to one of them in the end because Im stuck in the mud as far as expansion and research unfortunately. Its just a matter of how much damage I do on the way out and who it's directed at, haha.

You think you are stuck in the mud ?
Caelum finds itself face down in the mud and copping the occasional kick in the guts.
Whatever have we done to deserve this fate ?

Re: Turn 19
Haha, yeah, I got one Wither Bones cast. I guess all the rest of my mages thought that the death gems I gave them were for jewelry. Still, you're right, I could make a comeback. OKAY HERE WE GO HERE WE GO WHOOO
