Re: Replacement
It's not looking so good with the replacement thing I guess... Not a lot of response.
I personally would not have that much of a problem with having Oceania go AI, and Morkilus taking Arco..
This would give him quite an advantage I guess, as he knows the ins and outs of Oceania, giving him a head start in taking Oceania's land...
But still, like Sorlakind said: a weak nation going AI won't be as bad for the whole game..
What do you guys say?

Re: Replacement
last turn i forged 2 sea kings goblets, knowledge or not, oceania is dead, so it's probably a lot better setting oceania to AI.

Re: Replacement
I've no problem with Morkilus taking Arco.

Re: Replacement
well.. I'l wait until tomorrow. If no complaints have been made, and no other replacements have come, I'll send Morkilus the Arco turn, ad he can turn Oceania AI this turn. (that means AI will reset his turn, right? So it's not possible to make a 'bad' move for Oceania, benefiting Arco..)

Re: Replacement
I'm perfectly fine... though given that Arco and Oceania are neighbors, and Morkilus knows all about Oceania's status and setup, I'd like to ask him to take a gentlemanly 4-6 month wait before consuming his old lands

Re: Replacement
Well, I'm going to send Morkilus Arco's turn, and ask him to resend Oceania's turn, but now with Oceania put on AI.
I don't really feel like waiting much longer for another replacement, as I think if any active player is interested, he/she would have already responded by now.
About Ewierls suggestion: I'd say all are free to attack Oceania. Arco & Oceania were already at war it seems, and Oceania has more neighbours who'd otherwise have an unfair advantage.
10/14 turns in, waiting for Bandar Log, Pythium, Arcoscephale and Oceania.

Re: Replacement
I am surprised a replacement hasn't been found. Usually it is not that difficult to find one.
And, submitting my turn now.

Re: Replacement
Well, I made the swap. Oceania was never in a good position, and I never knew exactly what I was doing while getting stomped by a ridiculous SC and a vastly superior economy. I'm only really here to keep the game going and to learn some new strategies and how people play. Please tell me of all your agreements with Arcosephale (esp. my neighbors R'lyeh and Caelum)
