Fleet Formations

Some quick testing. Formation don't seem to work as they should. I places 20 ships in a fleet, 1 TF. Set the fleet formations to Wall and the TF formations to Wall. When the sim starts, they are not in a wall formation.

Another test, A fleet (1 TF) all set to Arrowhead. I set 4 colony ships to be Core and about 20 frigates as Escort. It does not look anything like it should, in fact its a hallow square with the ships on the edges and the Core ships up in the front of the square ( with no escorts ahead of them).
