actually, can you ritualise any effect number? Ie, could you ritualise for example howl? That could be VERY weird.

No, you can allways add 10,000 and it will be cast as a ritual. The effect of this however differs.

The 81s work quite good as 10081.
The 10s don't work at all as 10010.

Howl is a 43, that needs to be checked if it works as 10043. Possibilities:
-Yes, as a global enchantment.
-Yes, once if there is a fight in the province this spell is cast, in the turn it is cast.
-No.
