Anybody notice that Yomi has a unique artifact? isn't a little early for that? How ,why, when, where, who, quanto questa?

Fenrir's pelt? Yeah... leaving aside the issue of how that artifact got into their hands, that's going to be one mean thug. Assassination? No. Fear? No. Add in the Champion's trident, several levels of experience and a place in the hall of fame.... yikes.

I believe there's a special neutral province type where one of the neutrals has the cape. Or it's a random event, I can't remember. I do know I've run into it before.
