disable the 100 turn limit on the demo? I ordered Space Empires Gold but I want something to do while I'm waiting for the game to get here! and it's frustrating when you have to quit after 100 turns. I understand if you all hate me for this and ban me butI really would like to know.

You could play PBW. By the time you finish your game against humans, Gold will have arrived.

No. The 100 turn limit is hardwired into the demo. You'll have to buy Gold to go past 100 turns. (Yes, it is really worth it too.

)

That sort of thing simply does not happen here. This forum is free from the sort of nonsense that ruins other formums. Even if someone asks a stupid question (which yours is not), they won't get flamed or Banned or anything else like that.

Heh. I tried that. But with the lack of long-Lasting energizer batteries (otherwise known as quantum reactor) or duracell (solar panels) it would get kinda boring.

And unless you have some sort of C+ or even C++ (guessing since most apps are based on the language) app that you can use to change the programming you can't disable the 100 turns.

Even then its tricky.

There's this nifty little thing called supply storage, you know. Geez. Do ALL your ships run out of gas that quickly?

Heh. I thought about posting a question like that, too, but I ended up just begging MM to make a patch for people that had bought the game that would extend the duration. I figured no one on this would know if I was lying or not about buying the game, but I could prove to them that they had my money already.

I thought february was supposed to be the SHORTEST month of the year.
