Wow. there have been some serious clashes between Man and Tein Chi. Man has come out on top for most of them. hope you had some scouts so you could see these epic battles.

Either my scouts have jingles on their clothes and a sign at their back reading "R'LYEH SCOUT! KILL ME!" or Marignon and Tien Chi have really good patrols. The moment they set foot in other provinces they are slaughtered.

I noticed that myself, they both have an insane love of PD.

The long awaited patch 3.10, which fixes and adds tons of things (everything from 28th april to now), has been released yesterday. I'll update ASAP. You should continue to play your current turn with the 3.08 client and switch to 3.10 after I'm done. So download the patch files and stay tuned. Only update your client in case it tells you that your game version is too old when you connect to the game!
