Once upon a time, I messed around with the "skin" bitmaps, and changed the blues to reds. It looked cool, but unfortunately, some things are hard-coded to be blue (or I couldn't find a bitmap for them).

It would be really cool if Aaron would allow the SEIV skin to be translated to a bunch of XML files, so there can be user-moded skins to go with user-moded tech and user-moded AI...
