ah ok - but he's still showing up on the nation select screen, indicating the game hasn't fully processed his defeat yet - caelum i think is doing his turn now, so unless someone can set tir na n'ogg to AI we'll have to wait 20 hrs...

Tir na nog is the only one left to do this turn. He is dead so it should be a good idea for the host to force host this game at this point.
