Well, the Chinese have been cooking longer and feeding more people, than any other nation you'd care to name.

There's every reason in the world for them to have a heroic chef.

Slow moving across the battlefield, yes. But, with all the practice slicing and dicing onions and celery, he should get 4 dagger attacks, ambidextrous, with high attack skill.
