Neostandard help!

The neostandard is a simple list of the filenames to be used by mods and shipset designers when they add non standard vehicles.
- It is cross-compatible with Classic and Gold.
- It allows shipsets to include unique images for use in multiple mods without further tweaking.
It provides modders a pool of expansion images for new vehicle sizes.
- With the neoshipset builder, it also guarantees that there will be an image, and most likely an appropriate image for each of the neoshipset filenames. There are a vast number of alternates, rather than just the one alternate slot provided by SE4 Gold.

I think the neo-generic shipset is appropriate, and could be included with mods in case the shipset builder is NOT run on the races being used.
