PBW: SEV shipsets

I'm not sure how the AuCol got put on the server, unless maybe one of the other admins was in your game. I don't remember doing it, but since it was in the empires folder on the server I went ahead and included it as a supported race. I couldn't find a readme file so I wasn't sure whose it was. I will update the page with your name.

oh I uploaded it, but then discovered the problem with just uploading the set, so it didn't work. Anyway, thanks.
