I will set Agartha to AI or actually ask someone out of the game to do it. 3 turns in a row stalled and no answer on my pm. I'm pretty sure Cerlin is not going to return to the game from whatever reason.

It's the first time that something like this happens to me. I had a NAP3 with pangaea and they attacked me this turn without any warning! What can I do?

you can't enfore nap's. all you can do is not make treaties with players that break them in the future.
Once players get a rep for breaking treaties, they tend to get no more treaties in future games.

The problem here is the AI breaks treaties, not that he broke one. All he did is fail to warn that he was going AI. |
