Yep, it's crashed.
But, we will have lots of time to think of secret plans and schemes while we wait for Zach to appear.
Oops, Vanheim means, other nations will have time to plot and scheme. We are only interested in drinking mead and entering the Halls of Valhalla, not necessarily in that order!

After a month off the boards, not answering email, etc., I don't think Zach is going to appear again. This game is effectively over.

Bah, Vanheim never surrendered to Caelum! We had secret plans in the works, and others did too. Caelum was winning, but in no way had they already won.
