It could possibly be a bug. The past two single player games I have played since the patch have both had battles that differed from the outcomes. Maybe they are tied to the same bug.

I'm actually not using the 3.15 patch. I was afraid it would mess up this game in progress.

Unrest is 114 in province #187.

Units cannot be recruited when unrest is over 100.
