Yes, Tower of the Devil's Bride. But it only causes unrest 5 so it ends up looking like a Bandit Lair, and gives just 1 imp. Devil's Den is easier to spot, because of 15 unrest, and it gives you a devil instead.
I like the idea of the insurgents province too! Hope we don't have to wait for dom4. Oh, is there an insanity-causing province? I'd like that!

Maybe you'd want to add a chance to receive a horror mark too. Seems like that would fit the theme when you're dealing with horrors.
