Newbie Needs help

I'm trying to invade what I believe to be the Bug race homeworlds. Just one problem. Everytime I enter the system... the next turn I am mysteriously back at the other side of the warp point. There's no espionage message or anything and I'm doing level 2 intel. Can someone explain?

I take a stab at it.
Check to make sure your ships are not using a minister. As each turn they will move the ship based on their settings.

So you override the minister to move the ship into the system, then one of the ministers moves it back on the next turn.

Since I have not seen your game file, this would be my first guess.

Is the date still increasing? Sounds like your turns just aren't being processed.

Also, check the orders that you've given your ship (eyeball icon)

Ok,

go to the savegame file grab all files in there
zip them and send them to me at cosmic_inc@hotmail.com
and I will look at them and post them for others to look at and we will find your problem.

Alos what ver of the game are you using so I will know where to load the files up.
