I think in one month or so we'll have a much better idea of how the insanity changes helps alleviate the endgame tartarian spam. Speculating is good but can only get that far.
I find it cool that the devs are so attentive to the community.

Doesn't help me with the dozen I have alraeady GOR'd though. guess I need to designate a province as the Asylum, and send them all there until needed.
